"Non-tuberculous mycobacteria" (NTM) is a general term for pathogenic mycobacteria other than Mycobacterium tuberculosis and leprae. Non-tuberculous are widely present in the natural environment, including soil water, with over 150 reported species. abscessus rare among mycobacteria, there few reports of extrapulmonary lesions due to abscessus. We describe case osteomyelitis an adult woman's left first toe caused by The developed injury public bathing facility. A combination surgical debridement multidrug therapy was effective. When antimicrobial agents ineffective trauma linked water or soil, mycobacterial infections, should be considered as differential diagnoses, laboratory culture targeted would recommended.
